RHS Seniors Aaron Doss and Emaya Smith were named as this year's RHS School Scholar Athlete Recipients and were recognized from the 14 district member schools in the REC 2 area.
To receive the award, students demonstrate strong leadership, work ethic and an ongoing commitment to academics. Congratulations and Go Cards!

Robertson High School Girls' Tennis Team - 2025 District 2AAAA Girls' Tennis Team Champion

Last Friday the we had the honor of being invited to the beautiful campus of NMHU. Where the students were given a campus tour and met with the NMHU chemistry club.
Students participated in experiments using liquid nitrogen to make some “cool” snacks (dragons breath) and worked along side the students from NMHU.
They worked in the lab on topics ranging from density towers, balancing equations, electromagnetic spectrum, human anatomy, physiology, chemical reactions, chemical safety and more!
They received lectures and mentorship from NMHU faculty, staff, chemistry, biology, and biochemistry students.
Most of the students were ex graduates from RHS.
Students selected were atop of their classes in academics.





Memorial Middle School Track team took 1st place at the West Las Vegas invite, April 16th, 2025.

Our RHS Senior Dream Makers took pride in their campus by spending their Friday afternoon applying a fresh coat of paint to a wall that needed some TLC for the new season! Sponsor for Dream Makers, Donna Ortiz, is very proud of them!

A small group of RHS Senior boys presented and hung out with the 5th grade boys at Sierra Vista Elementary school. They talked about how to be successful and plan for a future life after graduating from high school. Thank you to our boys who participated and thank you to Mrs. Brianna Encinias at Sierra Vista for putting this together!

Yesterday our students competed at the District II Leadership Development Events for FFA. Congratulations to Justyce Garcia who placed 3rd yesterday in Extemporaneous Speech. She composed a speech picked at random about "agriculture education in urban schools." She only had 30 minutes to prepare the speech and spoke on the topic for 4-6 minutes, then answered 5 minutes of oral questions. She will go on to compete at State Convention next month.
Other Extemporaneous competitors yesterday from our chapter were Amber Ivanowski and Antonio Romero.

Join us on April 25th in the LVCS Boardroom for a meeting hosted by the NMPED regarding a statewide SIS for the School Year 2026-2027. Staff session will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. Parent/Families session will follow after at 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Thank you!
