New Mexico Community Survey

San Miguel County DWI Program is currently requesting participation from any and all County community members 18+ years old to participate in the annual New Mexico Community Survey (NMCS). The County has participated with the state in collecting this data for several years and the information/data we collect is invaluable to not only the DWI Program but to other community partners as well.

We would greatly appreciate your help taking the survey and sharing it with your family, friends, and anyone you know in San Miguel County. Our goal is to reach at least 300-400 individuals. Your participation supports us in our Prevention efforts to better identify & serve the needs of our community members, also helps the State of New Mexico to improve its substance abuse prevention and mental health services by better understanding what is needed and where it is needed!

The NMCS asks questions about alcohol and other substance use, including prescription Opioids, drinking & driving, etc. The survey is completely voluntary, anonymous, and any question may be skipped, and may take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The survey is available to take online from February 27 thru April 30, 2023.
